Justin Warren almost completed a computer systems engineering degree before dropping out for the lucrative world of IT consulting. Over his 20-plus year career, he has worked in many roles including sysadmin, DBA, network designer, and enterprise architect. He has worked with some of the largest IT brands in the world as well as some of the smallest. Justin now runs boutique consultancy PivotNine that helps technical people explain what they're doing to everyone else. Justin once held a CCNP but now holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
